VERY RARE Scottish Wemyss ware medium size preserve pot with ORIGINAL lid in the extremely rare LEMONS decoration. Beautifully painted in great detail and depth. Has the green painted wemyss mark to the base. The lemons decoration is probably the rarest of all the Wemyss fruit decoration. The pot is in basically very good original condition apart from a very minor professional restoration to the inner lip of the lid. SUPERB & RARE.SIZE 3 1/2" diameter. 5" high
