"Gaylayde Modern Decorative Furniture" by B.Cohen & Sons Ltd.Art deco dining suite.Consisting of a mahogany dining table with 4 chairs and one carver,(five chairs in total and recently re-upholstered).Mahogany glass fronted display cabinet and mahogany sideboard.Each piece of furniture is inlaid with mother of pearl,ebony,and fruitwoods.In superb condition.B.Cohen & Sons Ltd.first exhibited their Gaylayde range at the London Furniture Exhibition in 1926. Suites of bedroom, dining and living room furniture were subsequently sold in up market department stores throughout the UK.Dining table measures - 60inches long extended and 40inches wide.Sideboard measures - 60inches long, height - 36inches ,Depth - 22inches. Display cabinet measures - height - 58inches.Width - 30inches and depth - 13inches.
