Description

French 19th century porcelain spirit barrel on a gilt metal stand.The main body of the barrel is handpainted with roses surrounded by blue glaze and gilt decorations and turquoise enamel dots. Each end of the barrel is decorated with a handpainted scene of roses and cherubs.The stop tap is brass with cut glass mounted on the end.In excellent condition,no damage or restoration or gilt loss.Height - 15.5cm.Length - 16cm. Diameter - 7.5cm.
