Description
A large arts & crafts hand hammered pewter framed wall mirror of the Glasgow School arts & crafts movement,c1900.The frame is decorated with roses and scrolls and on three sides of the frame and worded "The Music Lesson" in hand hammered relief on the bottom of the frame. The original mirror glass has been replaced with new mounted in a thin wooden frame which is mounted in the pewter frame.Some slight wear on the edges of the frame due to age,but no major damage.Measures 92cm x 84cm.DateEarly 20th Century
