Description: Antique English Victorian writing desk in walnut root with a chiseled leather top.

The rectangular top has a walnut root border with a British green leather chiseled with 24Kt gold leaf in the center.

The under-top band contains a large drawer with the original key and keyhole and a signed lock.

The feet have the classic cabriolet shape connected by a finely carved crosspiece and resting on contemporary bronze wheels.

Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with the traditional shellac and alcohol handmade method.

Origin: England 19th century.

Measurements: 133x65 H74cm.
