STUNNING ANTIQUE VICTORIAN GILT COMPENDIUM WITH FOUR ORIGINAL SCENT BOTTLES c1870

A stunning late 19th century gilt circular four-bottle scent compendium casket most likely to be French, with facetted glass and prismatic stoppers and the stand with pierced border embossed with ribbon-tied leafy swags in neo-classical style. Each scent bottle has vertical beaded trims. Measures 14.5cm high. Made circa 1870.

In excellent overall condition no damage to the scent bottles or stoppers. Gilt casket intact.
