Wonderful single owner Pieff Alpha two seater sofa in a special Pieff customer order of buffalo hide. Purchased in the late 1970s from that large famous department store in London!

So, Pieff produced and crafted the Alpha range in leather and various fabrics, if you were a little more wealthy than their “usual” customers, you could have a special order – the more “well off” would ask for a special order often in a gaudy bright red, light blue, purple and even pink however the “wealthy with taste” would opt for fabulous buffalo leather which means not a lot of these are around and this one was the pride and joy of the owner.

The 2 seater sofa sits in great order having been looked after and cared for. The buffalo leather is densely grained, thick and a lovely deep chocolate brown colour. Condition wise it’s good. We have sensible wear to the leather and ditto the polished chrome frame, the rubber Pirelli seat bases are as they should be. We have conditioned the leather and made sure the frame is neat and tidy of course.

We do have a matching armchair if you desire a set.
