Rather good looking this pair, probably designed by Arthur Edwards from the British makers White & Newton of Portsmouth. They produced great quality pieces during the mid-century and this is one of their best looking designs.We have a slender top drawers with that very smart sleek handle coupled with a useful drop down door cupboard, handy for storing bits and bobs. The smooth turned legs give the right presence and stance…
The colour and tone is even and good – being solid rather than veneer. The drawers are running fine and are clean and ready for use. We do have a few marks to the tops but nothing nasty and a little very small soft chip to the back of one – again not nasty. We have lightly hand polished and ensured they are ready to place.

When purchasing from us we include delivery within mainland UK, excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isles, in the purchase price and liaise with you to ensure delivery is as swift and as smooth as possible. We try our best to deliver within 14 working days. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.
Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions
If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.
On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
