Venetian schiavana with a forged multi-bar hilt with leather covered grip and brass pommel, straight double edged blade with makers mark.Date17th Century :

DimensionsApprox. 71cm.
ConditionThe guard is on the move and the leather on the handle has perished with only a small amount remaining. The blade has pitting and nicks out of the edge.
