Early 19thc taxidermy Indian Civet in a glazed case. Dated in pencil within June 4th 1830, Female. Label verso for Corbett. Provenance : Chatsworth House.Reasonable condition, a small patch of hair loss to the tail and the case could do with a spruce up.
Approx. 30" wide x 14" high x 7" deep.
