A set of four etchings by Rowland Langmaid, titled The Laws of the Navy, with words by Ronald A Hopwood, the numbered plates signed in pencil on the margins, in basic black frames.
With some foxing commensurate with age, overall these interesting etchings are in good condition, the light reflections in the photographs make it difficult to show them clearly.
