Description

A pretty unsigned French Art Deco figure of a reclining lady on a large & heavy mottled pink marble plinth.

Looks like cold-painted bronze, but more likely spelter as most of these were. Nicely cast with good detail.

Long elegant limbs, dressed in a classic long-sleeved bronze 1930's dress with gold trim.

A lovely example of Deco style and elegance.

Base ~ 560mm x 150mm, height ~ 300mm. Very heavy estimate ~ 8-10kg

Condition Good. Some light rubbing & wear commensurate with age (see photos)

Free delivery withing 20 miles of Leeds. Otherwise collection, or delivery for fuel cost, by arrangement. Not easy to ship due to weight.
