This item is being sold on a new series on BBC One. The programme is looking for a buyer who would be willing to pick up the item on Camera from a house on the 1st Februray 2008 in Huntingdon Cambridge.
A set of industrial chemical scales dated around 1944. They were manufactured by W. & J . George & Becker Ltd. The scales were used by a chemical company at the Warren Spring Lab in Stevenage. it closed down 25 years ago, and they burnt all the equipment - the family's friend's dad rescued them from the bonfire ! they have been valued and are estimated to be worth £30-£40.
