Typically large cased 8 day antique clock by George Rutherford of Kings Street Huddersfield, it appears that he worked from the shop and the house from 1830 -1840's. The clock as a whole is in very good condition, no damage to the case, the 8 day movement is in perfect working order and must have had a service in recent years as its so clean. The face is painted with a hunting scene at the top and floral corners. There are 2 subsidery dials one for the calendar and one for the seconds although the numeral are rubbed. A really good clock for the money.
