Antique yew and elm Windsor armchair.

A great chair with a lot of age and charm originating in the early 19th Century.

Lovely proportions and styling, with the sought after crinoline stretcher. Fantastic colour.

Amazing wear and patina.

Solid, and usable, with no loose joints.

Chair 47cmW x 52cmD x 91cmH (41cmH seat).

Historic knocks, marks, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture. Loads of historical repairs (including some metal strapping), but all is strong now. Just a few extinct woodworm holes (as one would expect) that have been treated for good measure.
