Unusual Antique William IV quality mahogany and leather reclining library chair having a quality mahogany shaped reclining back with scroll shaped mahogany open arms, newly reupholstered deep buttoned back arms, seat and footrest in a quality black leather. It boasts an unusual oak book rest by J Foot & Son, London supported by a brass column, reeded and carved mahogany frieze and raised on turned mahogany legs to the front and out swept back legs with original brass casters.

A handsome statement piece chair in lovely condition.
