Vintage, English Silver Swing Handled Basket
A very nice, vintage, English sterling silver, pierced work, swing handled Basket, complete with blue glass liner.
It is halmarked on the base with the maker's mark "CJVLd" for C J Vander limited, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "k" for 1965/66.
The basket measures approximately 3" inches (80mm) in diameter and 2 1/2" inches (62mm) in height, excluding the handle.
It is in very nice condition.
