A well proportioned and decorative figured walnut mantel antique clock dating to the mid Victorian period. It has a carved crested drumhead with scroll supports and a applied carving to the moulded base. It has a clear white Roman numeral dial with a bevel edge glass. The 8 day pendulum timepiece movement (does not strike) is numbered 273 and has a glazed rear door.

Current Condition
The case and dial are in excellent original condition, the movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months

32.50cm wide 28.00cm high 18.00cm deep (12.80 inches wide 11.02 inches high 7.09 inches deep) We have been established since 1978, dealing in and restoring most antiques, specialising in clocks and furniture. We have our own workshops where we carry out specialist restoration work.-
