This Victorian Scottish longcase clock, crafted by David Craig Ford of Pathhead, is a superb example of traditional craftsmanship. Made from solid oak, it features a painted dial that enhances its classic appeal.
The eight-day movement is housed within a magnificent hood, featuring a swan neck pediment crowned with a central brass finial. Flanking the arched glass door, elegantly turned columns frame a painted clock face. The cream-colored dial, adorned with black Roman numerals, includes two subsidiary dials for seconds and date, With its timeless design and rich materials, this piece stands as a distinguished addition to any interior, blending functionality with historical elegance.
