A majestic twelve-point royal stags head mounted on an oak shield bearing a small plaque inscribed " Corrie Pharlain, 1st Oct 1945 V. DE. W. W" This head and neck mounted stag is very well modelled having a lovely warm brown colour to the fur and a rich deep colour to his antlers too. A very handsome, noble piece of taxidermy done very well. An eye catching focal point suited to display in a large reception room or perhaps a restaurant or pub.
