A very fine longcase clock by Thomas Adams of Middlewich ,Cheshire .This 8 day antique clock has a very attractive dial by the Wilson Company of Birmingham and well made 8 day movement.In fine Oak case with mahogany banding and oak backboard .The Hood has a squat caddy top and guilded corinthian capitals to the tops of reeded columns . A panelled base with cantered corners and standing on Ogee bracket feet .A long door to the trunk and in all a very typically styled Cheshire case .
