Royal Victoria Theatre Playbill of 25th October 1833. The Theatre opened in 1818 and was called The Royal Coburg until 1833, when was re-named after Princess Victoria (later Queen Victoria in 1837), and is now known as The Old Vic.
This double page spreed sheet playbill has an Address to the Public on the second page 'by her gracious kindness of Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Kent (Queen Victoria's mother) they were enabled to bestow upon the Theatre its present illustrious name'
