Taxidermied Stag's Head.
Splendid taxidermied red deer stag’s head mounted onto an oak shield c.1920. A fabulous specimen, the six points to each set of antlers mean it can be described as a ‘Royal’ stag. Naturalistic taxidermy with glass eyes and the head turned slightly to one side. Excellent condition.
