good quality Georgian mahogany bowfront sideboard of neat proportions.
the crossbanded top with ebonised stringing detail over base fitted with small central drawer, flanked by cupboard to one side and deep drawer to the other, all crossbanded with ebony stringing detail and brass handles, raised on ebony inlaid tapering legs with spade feet.
normal marks / scuffs commensurate with age and use and a slight shrinkage split to the top and one side, common in pieces of this age but which in no way affects either the appearance or use of the sideboard which is in overall very good condition with a very pleasing deep colour and patina.
