This is a Sterling Silver Gilt Posy Basket with a scroll work hinged handle that has a central plain cartouche. The plain tapered body has a heavy foliate scroll border to the top and sits on a fscroll work base with four scrolled feet.
The basket is hallmarked London for Josiah Williams & Co. from Bristol, who were listed up to 1914.
