Please find on offer a very nice polished example of a English Scunthorpe ammonite dating from the Jurassic period. These have always been sort after due to the fact the quarry's are no longer in operation. There are a few dealers around the country that still have some stones in stock but once they are worked through there is little chance of any more.
Showing a cream/white in colour with excellent detail, from Conesby Quarry mid 1980s. Size -ammonite is 7.5cm x 6.6cm. The rock display is 15cm high x 15.5cm wide.
