A Regency satinwood sewing box with scrolling mother of pearl inlay on ebony panels, all intact. The box edges inlaid with ebony. Inside,the lid has a padded secret compartment for letters and patterns. The lift out compartmentalized tray has a storage area underneath. A set of mother of pearl winders,and other mother of pearl sewing tools are included and a silver thimble. The key is present but the lock isn't working. Measures 12" x 9" x 5".
