This nice antique pair of cast iron garden urns date from c.1860. They are of elegant small proportions and have round planters at the top and pedestal bases. They have been painted at some point, and although the paintwork does have some significant age we are not sure whether it is original.

Condition: Overall this handsome pair of urns are in usuable condition with some wear and damage consistent with age and use. There is some surface rusting and corrosion as might be expected and some chipping and damage to the paintwork. One of the urns has an area of loss to one corner of its square base.
