An attractive pair of cranberry glass jugs with clear twist glass handles. They are a pair though as they are individually hand blown (rather than moulded)you will see minor differences in the two as you would expect on artisan items. The spount on the jug on the left in the photos is slightly off centre to the handle.
Cranberry glass is made by the addition of gold oxide to molten glass and therefore these were luxury items even in the 19th century.
