Oak Westminster Chime Bracket Clock
A well proportioned bracket/mantel antique clock dating to the Edwardian/George V period. It has a solid oak arch top case, with canted reeded corners and brass bun feet. The silvered dial is profusely engraved to a high standard and is signed by the original well respected London retailer J W Benson. It has a German made 8 day Westminster chime(Big Ben) movement that sounds the 1/4's and hours on chime bars.
We have been established since 1978, dealing in and restoring most antiques, specialising in clocks and furniture. We have our own workshops where we carry out specialist restoration work.-
