Oak, painted face, longcase / grandfather antique clock. This is a lovely, eight day movement antique clock by robert aitken, galashields. The face is very prettily painted with floral detail, seconds hand and calendar, the hood has swan neck pediment. The case is a lovely golden oak with arched door and shaped apron base.
