This is a large vintage decoy duck. An English, carved cedar Canada Goose figure, dating to the late 20th century, signed by the artist to 1989.

Charming display piece for the home or outdoor setting
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
Caramel and blonde coloured cedar shows fine grain interest beneath a wax polish finish
Wonderfully hand-crafted likeness of the migratory Canada Goose
Ebonised head, neck and tail feathers an attractive contrast to the shapely body
Artist's signature to the tail reads 'Dan Bowden, 89'
