Great altarpiece from the first half of the 18th century. Oil on canvas painting with spectacular contemporary frame in carved and gilded wood, with some signs of aging. Religious painting depicting a Madonna with Child and Saints of good pictorial quality, for antique dealers and collectors of sacred paintings from the high period. High up in the sky we find the Madonna with Jesus surrounded by a multitude of cherubs. Below we find two Saints in adoration with their iconographic attributes, on the left we see Saint Peter next to the Cross with which he will be martyred and on the right Saint Anthony the Abbot with fire in one hand and a bell capable of warding off temptations. Painting that has undergone conservative restoration with relining, replacement of the frame and recovery of color in some places (see photo), overall in good state of conservation. Sight size H 149 x W 92 cm. As each of our products will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and warranty and photographic documentation.
