A golden oak mantel antique clock, dating to the mid Victorian period, c. 1870. It has a flat top case of simple form, a plain brass bezel with a bevel edge glass and a 4 inch enamel dial. The French made 8 day timepiece movement that is stamped AF.This is the stamp for Arnold and Frodsham, makers to Queen Victoria.

Condition:
The case is in good condition having been repolished and wax finished, the movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. We have been established since 1978, dealing in and restoring most antiques, specialising in clocks and furniture. We have our own workshops where we carry out specialist restoration work.-
