George III Obligation Bond dated 1765
George III Paper Obligation Bond dated 4th September 1865 between a John Salter, Gentleman and John Salter the Younger, both of the same address in Callington in the Country of Devon, were bound to Edward Manley, Gentleman, also from Devon, in the sum of £620.00.
Printed Letterpress and Handwritten on to Handmade Laid Watermarked Paper. Has the Watermark 'G R with a Crown above' (George III). Has two seals of John Salter and John Salter the Younger. An Embossed 1 Shilling Duty Stamp and a Franked Paper Duty Stamp. A very attractive document.
