French walnut X frame armchair with lions paw
French 19th century carved walnut X frame armchair with fabulous lions paw arms and a nod to the Ecclesiastical style, circa 1880.
The chair is very decorative and currently has a vintage floral needlework which is in fair condition and the seat is comfortable, so certainly would be ok to keep as it stands. Although in a more neutral linen I can see this looking even better than it does now.
Well carved throughout and of a great quality.
