Artist - Engraved by Marco Giampiccoli (1737-1809) after the original by Michele Marieschi (1710-1744)
Title - Forum Minus D. Marci cum Bucentauro
Details - Antique engraving, probably late eighteenth century in date. Mounted, glazed and framed in a more modern gilt frame.
Condition - Overall in fair-good condition. There is some discolouration and wear to the paper, including some foxing (brown spotting) and a large central pink / red stain. There is some further staining in places, and the paper is a little wavy. The frame is more modern. It has some chipping, scuffing and wear, some cracking to the corners.
The approx. measurements are as follows:
