A pair of folding binoculars which have their original leather case. They fold flat and are thus very useful to drop into a pocket. Their use could be for nature watching, horse racing or for the opera.
The binoculars are made from chrome plated metal and have bakelite eye pieces, and are in very good, clean condition for a used item. The case is worn in places and shows the pressed indents of the binoculars in the leather.
They fold out for use and have a screw mechanism to alter the focus. I cannot see a makers mark on them.
They work very well.
The leather case measures 4.5 inches by 3 inches or 12cms by 7.5cms.
