Exquisite Taxidermy Fox by Jeffries of Carmarthen
An exquisite late Victorian Taxidermy Fox by the renowned and highly regarded makers Thomas Richard Jeffries & Sons, Of Kings Street, Carmarthen in West Wales. c1890
Original throughout and in lovely condition for its age, original three sided Welsh oak glass case. Lovely condition throughout, good colour and presenting beautifully.
Established over 25 years we have handled countless numbers of both Jeffries of Carmarthen and Hutchings of Aberystwyth, both highly sought after high end taxidermist and we can say that this is as good an example as any to be found.
Height 75cm. Length 88cm. Depth 33cm

Welsh Vernacular is an independent family business run by husband and wife Jonathon and Yvonne Holder. We are the largest and one of the longest established Welsh Antiques businesses in the UK, holding an extensive collection of Country Furniture, Welsh Antiques, Pottery, Treen and Folk Art.
