Egyptian Revival Clock Set Late 19th Century
Absolutely amazing Egyptian Revival black marble and green onyx Three - piece antique clock set with a bronze Sphinx.
Pair of obelisks and the clock are decorated with gilt hieroglyphic details.
Beautifully decorated clock face.
An impressive set, that dates late XIX century (1870 - 1890)
The clock and obelisks are in very good and completely original condition, with only minor signs of age.
An original French 8-day movement, striking on the gong.
The clock movement has been recently serviced (09.2020). It is in good working condition.
The obelisks have their original French retailer labels still attached to the base
An extremely stylish and decorative clock that would grace anyone’s home.
