A wonderful early 20th century dolls house which is in original condition and has been beautifully constructed. The house opens at the back with folding hinged doors and was originally wired for lighting, although this would need restoration to be in working order. The windows are glazed and an exquisite wooden flooring has been fabricated throughout in a chequerboard green and natural wood design. Attention to detail in this piece is great and although the piece is not furnished, there are fireplaces, some remaining hanging lampshades and curtains, along with a toilet and basin. It has a lovely front entrance, with turned portico pillars. The piece sits on original castors so that it can be easily moved.

This is a lovely collector’s item and would take pride of place as a decorative centrepiece in any room. The castors enable easy movement, so that it can be turned around and opened at the back with relative ease.

Dating to the early 20th century, this is a wooden item originating from the UK.

This is in very good condition with original features and has been solidly constructed. The wiring would require restoration to be in working order. The glazing is loose in one window (bottom left front), although the glass is present and unbroken. One chimney is missing as shown.
