Copper jelly mould - Jones Bros. C1830

An ornate and attractive copper jelly mould with tin lining. Made by Jones Brothers (stamped on the mould) who had a business in Down Street, London from 1794 through to 1890. Jones Brothers had the insight to stamp on their wares the monograms or heraldic symbols of the owners together with the initial of the person. In this case their is a coronet with a capital letter A which can be seen in one of the photographs.
This mould dates from the early 19th century.
It stands 4 inches or 10cm high and the base diameter is 5 inches or just over 12cms.
The condition is good with just the odd bits of wear and tear of two hundred years of use. The pictures give a good reflection of the condition.
UK postage is £5.00. For international shipping please contact me for a price. For international shipping, please contact us for a price.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, so we offer a money back guarantee. Items must be returned within 14 days and in the same condition as sent. Please note that postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
