Carved Oak Timepiece Mantel Clock (Germany, c. 1890
A late Victorian mantel antique clock. in a solid carved oak case. It has a scroll pediment and geometric carving. The brass dial has a silvered chapter ring and cherub spandrels and a matted centre. It has an 8 day timepiece movement made by W & H (Winterhalder and Hofmeier).
Current Condition
The case is in excellent original condition, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months.

22.50cm wide 32.00cm high 14.50cm deep (8.86 inches wide 12.60 inches high 5.71 inches deep) We have been established since 1978, dealing in and restoring most antiques, specialising in clocks and furniture. We have our own workshops where we carry out specialist restoration work.-
