An unusual C18th Century style moonphase bracket antique clock in a solid oak case. The clock has an inverted bell top with a brass carrying handle and corner finials. The main case has brass embellishment, comprising of caryatid sides, quarter lights above the dial arch, and fretted side panels. The dial has brass corner spandrels, a gun metal chapter ring and a rotating moon disk within the arch. The 8 day movement strikes the hours and halves on a bell.(Germany, c. 1910)
