It was painted by the artist T E TAYLOR who Exhibited from 1914-1933.
Taylor was known for his atmospheric watercolour paintings, and lived at Higher Crumpsall, Manchester in 1927 and at Hale, Cheshire in 1933. He exhibited at the Liverpool and Manchester
galleries, and enjoyed painting on the Fylde and North
Wales coast, and so it is more difficult to discover paintings which are depict scenes further south.
