A French polished slate mantel antique clock, having a rectangular case, with grey marble side columns. It has a thick bevel edge glass, with a two piece enamel dial with a jewelled visible Brocot escapeemnt. The 8 day movemnet strikes the hours and halves on a bell and was made by S. Marti of Paris.
