An antique Victorian polished brass bulkhead marine barometer c.1890. Made by John Barker & Co of Kensington, London(w.1890-1900). Porcelain dial bearing the maker's name. Brass bezel surround with bevelled edge glass and centre reading marker pointer. Deep polish to the brass casing, mounted on an oak wall backing with top and base brass wall hangers. Full working order. Measures 11" diameter x 4"deep. Stock no. 37548.
