Not much is know about this English artist only that most of his works are of Cornish or Devon fishing hamlets. I have come across a few of his works and all of them were from around that area, and this watercolor is typical of his style and artist impression. This artist is defiantly one to keep an eye out for in the future.
The images are the best I could achieve due to the reflection off the flash. This may also effect the colours.
