An attractive antique Victorian balloon back chair in Rosewood. With carved and pierced back, on cabriole legs. It has been newly recovered over existing upholstery in a jacquard fabric in a stone colour with grey swirl pattern. The frame issolid and sturdy.

Solid and sturdy. It has a layer of varnish on it which has worn away unevenly in areas (see photos).Other wear and marks commensurate with age. Newly recovered over existing upholstery which is fairly old but in useable condition.
