Antique Leather & Mahogany Wing Back Armchair
Great looking antique leather wing armchair in lovely original condition & with loads of character dating from around the 1890-1910 period.
The colour of the naturally distressed leather is beautiful. It’s just been professionally revived & polished by our leather specialist. This armchair has plenty of height & generous proportions.
It has a shaped hump back & the leather is hand tacked onto the frame. There is a loose cushion & it sits on strong mahogany legs with a cross stretcher.
This chair looks great from all angles & you can feel the crisp original fillings under the leather upholstery. It looks very much period Georgian, but I have put it down as late Victorian-Edwardian

Depth – 32 inches, 82 cm
Height – 47 inches, 120 cm
